Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from Fletchers Finds. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
